strong athletes are resilient athletes.
Why spend your off-season time in the weight room?
How would it change your athletic performance if you could…
…move more powerfully?
…jump higher and more explosively?
…run faster, for longer?
…throw or swing harder?
…avoid injury?
…finally deal with that nagging shoulder/knee/ankle/back problem you keep having over and over again?
two days a week is all it takes to change your body and your game.

“Our family has known Alysa for over 3 years and since then, our children have loved training with her in both basketball and strength and conditioning. She teaches that life is not only about winning or getting better at sports but being a good person in the process of all the highs and lows. Alysa is full of knowledge regarding injury prevention, the importance of stretching, strength, and proper nutrition. She makes sure to ask questions, get answers, and encourages community, kindness, hard work, and dedication at each session."
