Mixed Memberships & Personal Training

Mixed memberships give the option to also attend our “General” Strength & Conditioning classes. These classes are largely made up of adult athletes, therefore our mixed membership is best for a more experienced high school athlete. Please note, this membership is a recurring monthly. Personal training is available in packages of 6 sessions or more. Programming is individually designed by one of our coaching professionals to meet the goals of each client either in a one on one or small group setting.
