SPORTS PERFORMANCE STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
the sharpened edge
These classes are for collegiate, high school, and middle school aged athletes. Training programming is designed in house by our Certified Strength & Conditioning specialists, and is built to help our athletes excel at their sports and become more resilient for life. Every session begins with mobility and a workout specific warm up. We follow periodized strength cycles and love to educate our athletes on the why and how so they are equipped to be able to train one day independently.
