Program Design

We strive to make your workout time the best hour of your day! We optimize every minute of your hour with coach guided mobility, a workout specific warm up, into the strength lift of the day, and finally interesting conditioning that expands fitness across all energy systems. The hour is challenging, and we love to make it light and fun.

  • We utilize methods from The Ready State system to prepare our athlete’s bodies to move through full range of motion or diagnose any restrictions that may inhibit healthy movement patterns. This education of self-care is designed to empower our athletes to be able to care for themselves inside and outside of the gym.

  • Let your mind relax as we guide you through the most thorough warm up you’ll need to succeed at the strength and conditioning for today’s workout. Warm ups typically include movement technique and correction on top of activation and dynamic stretching.

  • We design periodized strength cycles for our gym, meaning we follow science-based training blocks that base sets and reps off of the percentage our athletes will be working with that day. This results in an explosion of improvement in an athlete’s ability to move heavier loads in the power and olympic lifts.

  • Our conditioning workouts are rarely repeated making them novel, varied. exciting, and an opportunity for our athletes to improve every energy system: aerobic, glycolytic, and anaerobic.

  • "I’ve been proud to call this my gym since August 18, and it’s easily one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. From day one, Esther and Alysa created a welcoming and supportive environment. They’re not just encouraging—they’re knowledgeable and intentional. They met me exactly where I was in terms of strength and mobility and have helped me make real, noticeable progress. What truly sets this gym apart is the community. The members are hardworking, encouraging, and humble, and there’s a genuine connection between coaches and athletes that makes it a place you actually want to keep coming back to. If you’re looking for a gym that will push you, support you, and help you grow, I highly recommend Sweat Lab. I’m grateful to be part of it and plan to stick around."

It's a positive environment too Esther is proficient in explaining movements and making sure each team member can do them safely. She is able to come up with alternatives if a movement is too difficult or needs to be scaled to the meet the individuals needs."

  • "Not all coaches or gyms are created equal. Gyms look similar from the outside, but it is the coaches that create its ethos. The typical coach is usually an athlete with a trainer certification, but this doesn’t necessarily make them good teachers. At the Sweat Lab, the coaching and programming are exceptional. Each workout builds functional fitness through flexibility, strength training and conditioning. Alysa and her team at the Sweat Lab are knowledgeable and skilled mentors who are committed to wellness and prioritize correct technique and form. All gyms offer a chance to sweat, but the Sweat Lab offers a chance to be transformed."

Hi, My Name’s Kilo

I’m a Westie puppy and the Sweat Lab is my gym. I love seeing all my gym friends, so I started a club so that I can get more pets and my friends can get more fit. How it works, is Sweat Lab members must get 15 check ins per month either in class, open gym, or even community events that are fitness related like community runs or CrossFit competitions for example.

If my gym friend retains a month to month streak, there are different treats, I mean rewards, for them to achieve like swag, stickers, and even a free month’s membership for themselves and a friend.

I can explain more in person, but trust me, it’s a big deal to be in my Committed Club, and you’re officially invited.

See you at the gym!
