Strength and conditioning for the “general population”. We design our programming in house for our athletes with class sizes average around 5 athletes, with a maximum of 12, making this feel like a very personalized experience but shared with friends.

This is for our collegiate, high school, and middle school athletes looking to level up in areas that boost athletic performance across all sports. Minimum age is 6th grade to participate.

Strength & Conditioning specifically designed for Pickleball players to improve performance on the court and reduce the overwhelming incidence of injury in this sport.

Our office is your office. Free wi-fi, charging stations, and space for you to productively hang out between appointments or while waiting for class to start or end.
The gym itself is a comfortable size for classes of up to 12 athletes. We love our small classes so we can give our athletes the highest quality coaching experience!
You may also see our gym doggo, Kilo Gram, around. He is a hypoallergenic West Highland Terrier who loves seeing his gym friends.
