  • Strength and conditioning for the “general population”. We design our programming in house for our athletes with class sizes average around 5 athletes, with a maximum of 12, making this feel like a very personalized experience but shared with friends.

Our office is your office. Free wi-fi, charging stations, and space for you to productively hang out between appointments or while waiting for class to start or end.

The gym itself is a comfortable size for classes of up to 12 athletes. We love our small classes so we can give our athletes the highest quality coaching experience!

You may also see our gym doggo, Kilo Gram, around. He is a hypoallergenic West Highland Terrier who loves seeing his gym friends.
