6 DAYS, 16 ATHLETES

We will be mentoring 16 athletes on how to level up the mental and physical side of being an athlete. Our coaching staff are all former professional or collegiate athletes who love helping young athletes prepare for challenges they are currently, or will face, in their careers.

Ages 6th grade - college. Sessions are 90 minutes long with at least 30 minutes dedicated to mental training.

Training is daily @ 10:30 - 12:00pm

The Game Plan

  • PHYSICAL TRAINING

Our goal is for athletes to become highly proficient at the three primary power lifts - bench press, deadlift, and the squat. We will also be introducing some of the Olympic lifts as well as expanding their toolbox on various training modalities that will help impact every aspect of their athletic abilities, reduce injuries, and make themselves more resilient to the challenges of life itself.

  • MENTAL TRAINING

We will be following a structured mental training plan that includes deep dives into various aspects of mindset as it pertains to individual success in sports and life. We will also have several guest presenters including Sam Fox of Breakout Physical Therapy presenting on identifying warning signs that could lead to injury, and how to deal with pain if injury happens.
